Questions about volunteering
Do I need previous experience?
For many tasks, enthusiasm is a great start. Tell us what you enjoy and what you would like to learn. For technical roles, we will discuss the knowledge needed together.
Do I need to be available all weekend?
Let us know when you can help. That might be during setup, the event itself or teardown. The crew team will discuss how your availability fits the schedule.
Do I have to be a gamer?
No. An event needs many different talents. If you prefer working with people, catering, logistics or communications, we would love to hear from you too.
What happens after my introduction email?
Your message reaches the crew team. We will explore your interests, availability and the possibilities together. We will discuss the practical arrangements before you get started.
